Art Vérité
Art Vérite is the blog of Juniper Rag co-founded in 2020 by Payal Thiffault and Michelle May. We began as a magazine and shifted gears as our artists asked for more exhibitions, virtual and in-person. The blog is a digital outlet to satiate the initial intent of bringing really cool creative inspiration, technology and insight we find to readers that want to dig deeper.
We also feature artist profiles, art experiences and insights that we share. If you would like to be featured or learn about our services, we would be happy to help.
If you have an idea and would like to jury, collaborate or if you’d like to inquire about sponsoring content, exhibitions or prizes feel free to reach out to Michelle.
Forward-Thinking Artists Break Down Barriers
Virtual art exhibitions with platforms like Juniper Rag represent a forward-thinking approach to art viewing, aligning seamlessly with our increasingly digital world. In a time when technology is reshaping nearly every aspect of daily life, virtual exhibitions break down physical and geographical barriers, making art accessible to a global audience. Juniper Rag is co-founded by Atelier ID Global, marketing professionals that apply SEO and a strategic approach.
Artists on Fire and Zucchini
Friday evening, July 19, 2024 we welcomed hundreds of visitors to the 3rd annual Artists on Fire, our 35th exhibition! We appreciate each one of the talented artists, especially those who shipped art from the other side of the country to be a part of “The Smalls Show”. All artwork is under $500 and under 24 x 24 inches. Artists on Fire, Krikorian Gallery, 25 Sagamore Road, Worcester on view until August 10, 2024.
On a Continuum with Brenda Cirioni
Collecting new works from Brenda Cirioni invites a wild celebration of color and texture into your home. Her work is bold and inviting to the viewer, who has a sophisticated eye. These are not so much entry level pieces. These are confident, celebratory and echo the deep textures and layers of not just her gardens, but the process of reflection. There is also a rugged edge to Brenda’s work.
