Bring vibrant original art from LOCAL artists into— your workplace, staged homes, designed spaces, new builds + film sets in the Massachusetts area.
We are based in central Massachusetts, so logistically, this offering is for local businesses. If you are from outside MA, please contact us to arrange connections for artists in your area. We would be happy to connect you with artists outside of our network based on your needs as well. Clients such as interior designers, real estate developers, hospitals, and corporations often seek original art to heighten morale, a positive sense of well-being and to bring culture into their offices. Leasing artwork helps keep costs down and is the finishing touch to bring a space to life.
ABOUT
Juniper Rag’s Corporate Lending Program serves to bring an impactful aesthetic to your workplace with furthering our mission to elevate artists and build a vibrant community. Connecting with local corporations and non-profit organizations in partnership, we provide visual art by local artists for workspaces. Our program offers opportunities for you to access our community of hundreds of artists based in New England and beyond. Our Corporate Art Lending Program (CALP) provides companies in the Greater Boston area with museum quality, original artwork curated specifically for your office, lobby or public area space, on an annual or multi-year loan rotation. In addition to the art loan, the annual tiered program fees include a range of benefits for all company employees.
Our curators design many programs and events with different partners to serve their goals, like calls for art, fundraising, auctions, and more. If you would like to tailor a program that fits your need, we are happy to brainstorm with you to arrive at a solution.
We have a long history of partnering with organizations to bring art and culture, like Worcester Center for Crafts, The White Room, Mechanics Hall, New Art Center in Newton, Nearby Gallery, Boston City Hall, Fountain Street Gallery in SoWA, ARCK Boston, The Sprinkler Factory and Creative Hub.
Allowing Juniper Rag to lend art in your place of business is an honor we take seriously. Securing placement of artwork is very meaningful to the artists. Artwork is meant to be seen and shared. All of our artists are curated into our exhibitions and we compensate them directly. Part of our mission is to connect them with new opportunities and collectors, so this offering is a wonderful extention of our value to them, promoting our art community.
A benefit to you is that we have access to hundreds of artists working in many mediums, painting, photography, prints, sculpture, wood and in many styles that fit a wide range of tastes. Our artists are emerging and mid-career artists, so many of them have very reasonable price ranges. Established artists who have a record of high sales and popularity have a higher range. The size of the artwork is also something to consider.
We have artists of all aesthetics, so no matter what style of art you seek—abstract or representational, traditional or more contemporary, we can likely connect with an artist that meets your needs. Or maybe you don’t know, we can help walk you through it all.
Art brings more than AESTHETIC —
Art has become one of the key aspects of elevating public spaces. According to a 2023 study by CODAworx, The Economic Power of Public Art, there were $4.4 billion dollars awarded to public art commissions. 59% were from private commissions and 41% were from public art agencies. This art has impact on tourism, urban revitalization and infrastructure. Cities and corporations are benefitting from public art, building cultural transformations.
